Size of school: Single stream school built for 320 pupils

The original school was based on an old colonial’s bungalow (Mr Kruger's and now demolished).  It has a magnificent view of the Great Rift Valley.

New buildings include two classrooms, a library, staffroom, two offices and two stores.  A 75 cubic meters rainwater tank and off-take point has been completed and is now in use.

Numerous story books have been delivered from England and the library is now a major feature of the schools and its timetable. 

Sufficient new desks and other furniture have been manufactured and delivered to the school.

The handover ceremony on 24 February 2009 was a colourful occasion attended by over 2000 people.
